Everything in the shop is made upon order. That means nothing is sitting in a warehouse waiting — it is made for you, specifically, after you place your order.

Current production time is 5-6 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping

Shipping included. Always. No codes, no minimums, no fine print- except the actual fine print below!

Dour Dawn ships via USPS with tracking on every order. Shipping time is separate from production time and varies by destination. Items ship together, orders are not broken up.

Color & Material Variation

Iridescent tumblers and wood pieces are natural materials. Color placement on iridescent finishes and wood grain tone will vary between pieces. This is not a defect — it is the nature of the material.

All Sales Final

Because every item is made to order, all sales are final. Please review product descriptions, sizing, and material notes carefully before purchasing. Don't forget to double check your shipping address at checkout. Dour Dawn is not responsible for orders lost due to address errors.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Damaged in transit claims are handled case by case.
